Return & Cancellation

As a made to order built item, each loudspeaker system is non refundable once an order has been placed. We do allow a 24 hour cooling off period where you are able to cancel or modify your order by contacting us via our contact form quoting your order number and intention of change or cancellation. After the initial 24 hour period it may still be possible to modify the order but is dependent on the status of the product build and is not guaranteed. Once dispatched, all product sales are final unless a manufacturing fault occurs.
