Warranty
All Sun Audio products are supplied with a 5 years warranty (from the date of purchase) against manufacturing faults or defects that might impact on the product's performance. During that time Sun Audio will cover the cost of service labour and spare parts.
The warranty does not cover user error or misuse in any way. Any modifications made to the loudspeakers by the user including - but not limited - to opening the loudspeaker enclosures void the standard warranty.
In all circumstances the loudspeaker will need to be returned to Sun Audio for inspection before any replacement is issued or repair is done. Replacement or repairs are only available to the original purchaser and are covered by the original purchase warranty period only.
